I wanted to make pork of some sort and thought that I'd try marinating it in Italian dressing. I have done chicken that way and steak that way too, which have never been disappointing. I wasn't disappointed this time either. It was delicious!
- Pork (chops, boneless ribs, loin)
- Salt and pepper
- Italian dressing
Salt and pepper both sides of the pork, I believe mine were boneless pork ribs, but I have no clue.
Place in a bowl with dressing and cover. Marinate for however long you want. I did mine for 30 minutes.
