This is a good variation of Tatortot Hotdish. Actually, it's a really neat little twist on it :)
What you need:
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 pkg. frozen crinkle-cut fries
- Cheeseburger Fixings - pickles, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.
Brown onions and ground beef; drain any grease. Place in a baking dish.
Stir together soups in a small bowl. Spread over baking dish.
Add potatoes on top.
Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes to an hour at 350.
Serve with fixings.
