So, I made my recipe for October Secret Recipe Club...Brisket & Veggies. It was super delicious and we had mad leftovers. I used it as a perfect opportunity to make this recipe!
What you need:
- Chopped bbq brisket (we used leftover brisket)
- Fixings: pinto beans, cheddar cheese, sour cream, jalapenos, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos, black olives, etc.
- If you are using leftover brisket, like we did, heat it up before serving.
- Place Fritos on your serving dish and top with brisket and then all your fixings.
