I saw something similar on Pinterest, but couldn't remember what they were called and I think they may have fried...so when I was making Buffalo Chicken Rolls, I realized I was going to have extra wrappers and there were cheese sticks in the fridge - the light bulb went off in my head!
What you need:
- Egg roll wrappers
- Cheesesticks - we used a combo of mozzarella and pepper jack
- Place one stick of cheese in the center of an egg roll.
- Fold sides into the center and the bottom to the middle. Dip your finger in water and trace the top corner and edges a little ways out. Then roll up tightly.
- Place on a wire rack on a baking sheet and cook at 400 for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
